COURSE DESCRIPTION
This doctoral seminar emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge and skills in assessment and program evaluation methodology. Alternative evaluation approaches are surveyed with a focus on developing an evaluation proposal. Attention is paid to current evaluation theory and to communication and reporting strategies.
